While we make every effort to ensure a safe and comfortable journey, the company shall not be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or losses caused due to traffic conditions, weather issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, political disturbances, or unforeseen operational situations.

Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, valuables, and luggage during the journey. Customers are also requested to inform us in advance regarding any medical conditions, allergies, or special assistance requirements. Travel inherently involves certain risks, and customers participate voluntarily at their own discretion.

The company reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or schedules whenever necessary due to safety, operational, or unavoidable circumstances. Refunds are processed in accordance with cancellation terms and vendor policies. If a customer has already utilized a part of the service, only partial refunds may be applicable. Our goal is always to maintain complete transparency and fairness in all refund-related matters while ensuring smooth coordination with service providers.

We understand that travel plans may sometimes change unexpectedly. In case a customer wishes to cancel a booking, cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and commitments already made to hotels, transport providers, or vendors. Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or no refund.

In certain situations such as weather disturbances, natural calamities, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational issues, GoTravelly India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or reschedule the tour. In such cases, we always try to provide the best possible alternative arrangements for our customers.

Failure to report at the scheduled departure time without prior information may be treated as a “No Show,” and cancellation policies may apply accordingly.
